ProSkills online courses Online education for veterinary professionals  ProSkills courses are the perfect way for you to increase your knowledge and skills at a time that is convenient for you. There are two styles of courses: self-paced and guided tutorial.


These allow you to choose how and when you engage with the course and other learners. Forums, movies, animations, interactive content, and image galleries give you a broad spectrum of interactive learning materials. Choose from a number of technical and management topics.

With self-paced courses, you:

  • Start when it suits

  • Progress at a pace that suits you

  • Can email or phone for any assistance

  • Should complete activities along the way to relate the learning to what happens in your workplace

  • Sit an online multiple question exam

  • Can print a certificate of achievement only when have completed all the lessons and passed the exam(s)

  • Have 90 day enrolment. Can be extended upon request.

ProSkills Focus Topics are recorded spoken and visual presentations of around 45-60 minutes. They are presented on a specific area by noted industry professionals. Your 3 day access allows you to review the material as often as you wish during that time.

These courses give you the opportunity to access leading speakers and trainers, without those additional expenses of flights and accommodation. You can access lectures and tutorials with noted industry professionals at the touch of a keyboard. They are run over 4-6 weeks at scheduled intervals. As well as the above features of the self-guided courses you will experience weekly webinars, discussion forums of challenging topics and assessment and feedback on your submissions. The weekly webinars are recorded so you can access them for revision or if you miss a session.

The Essentials of Pathology (self-paced)

The course will give you a comprehensive introduction to basic in-house veterinary pathology procedure. On-going assessment ensures you understand as you go and a Certificate of Achievement can be printed upon satisfactory completion of final exam.
