Giving Veterinary Nurses a Helping Hand 

AIRC takes pride in offering Vet Nurses a 'Helping Hand' so we'd like to offer you a FREE online short course, hosted by Rosie Overfield.*

Redeeming your voucher is a simple, two step process:

  1. Create your login at the training site, then
  2. Enroll in the course using the access token on your voucher.


If you already have a profile on the course website,
(e.g. you have previously done a course there)
then you may skip straight to Step 2.

  1. Visit
  2. Fill in the details to create your username and password
  3. The site sends you an email. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within a few minutes please check in your spam / junk mail folder. Contact if you are still having problems


  1. Go to the course site
  2. Login, if you aren’t already. Use the username and password you created for the site
  3. On the right of the page you will see a box labeled ‘ACCESS TOKENS’
  4. Enter the Access Token on your voucher and click ‘Claim’. (NB the token is case sensitive. Enter exactly as you see above.) 
  5. You will see a list of courses to choose from. Click on one and you will be taken directly to the course and can begin

You will have 10 days access to complete this course. You will receive a Certificate of Completion to the email address you supply.
